Greetings!!, My name is Einar Blackthorn, and never once did I think food would intertwine with my faith, I've been a chef for fourteen years and a heathen for ten, I found myself enamored by the realization that heathenry (as we know it now) is a mix of history, culture, and faith and this fueled me to dig deeper and deeper into the culinary aspects of that delicious mix that makes heathenry beautiful.
My culinary education is one forged in the fires of working in some of the busiest kitchens in New York City, and I approach cooking through the lens of understanding deeply where our food comes from, understanding the nature of wasting nothing, and using ingredients and techniques that would otherwise be overlooked
