Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on damaged merchandise only, no returns will be processed for any other reason. Damage must be documented and product sent back prior to refund.

Packages are sent with two possible methods.

  1. Drop Shipped: these packages are sent directly from Ingram (our printer) to your address.
  2. Shipped Direct: these packages are sent directly from our warehouse in Canada.

Drop Shipping

Any order shipped directly is insured with Ingram, if you need to return it, you must tell us asap, as we will need to contact them for a refund on the purchase.

Ship Direct

These packages ship directly from our warehouse in Canada via Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator and UPS. Due to the fact that our shipments go through customs, we are not responsible for damage through customs or responsible if customs determines and tariffs or import fees are required.

IF damage is found, we will need full documentation of the damage: letter from the shipper, photos of damage etc in order to determine where the damage occurred.

Can you tell me when a particular title is available?

Due to a number of factors we cannot give a specific date, but if you sign up for notifications from our website you will receive updates on new releases.

Shipping Times

We ship directly from Canada, boxes may take 3-6 weeks depending on shipping method. If we shipped directly, your box may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

If you do not receive your box within 90 days of your order please contact us and we will engage in an investigation with our post office.

Why is there no tracking number?

Some package types do not provide a tracking number. Specifically Small Packet USA which USA customers might see as Ground Advantage. This goes as 'letter mail', which is not always tracked.

Why is shipping so expensive?

As a small business we do not receive discounts on shipping as the big box stores do, shipping will be higher on international orders. We are located in Canada, it takes a bit for packages to exit the country and get through customs.

What's your policy on Artificial Intelligence

TLS remains committed to human expression and original creation, where possible AI art is limited to no more than 10% of any illustration, book cover or interior art. This 10% is to account for brushes, textures or other tools that may be considered part of AI or generative fill.
