Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on damaged merchandise only, no returns will be processed for any other reason. Damage must be documented and product sent back prior to refund.

If you have received a letter from USPS documenting damage or if they have 'lost' your package, we must have all evidence sent to us in order to process a claim.

Claims take 60-90 days to complete. Once USPS has made a decision we will inform you of what action we will be able to take.

Can you tell me when a particular title is available?

Due to a number of factors we cannot give a specific date, but if you sign up for notifications from our website you will receive updates on new releases.

Why is shipping so expensive?

As a small business we do not receive discounts on shipping as the big box stores do, shipping will be higher on international orders or orders to mainland USA. We are located on Hawaii it takes a bit for packages to exit the island and cross the ocean.

Shipping Times

As we ship from Hawaii if we have stock in hand and direct from Ingram when we don't ship times can vary.

USPS Ground Advantage from Hawaii goes by cargo ship. This can increase package time to be as long as 10 weeks.

If you do not receive your box within 90 days of your order please contact us and we will engage in an investigation with our post office.
