Books
Books shipped from our site are returnable within 30 days from purchase unless listed as a final sale. Returns must be covered by the customer and shipped with tracking.
Tarot, Rune and Oracle Decks
As decks are custom made, we can only accept returns on defective or damaged decks. Returns must be sent back for review and if approved a refund or exchange will be processed.
Copyright Policies
- All works belong to the original creators, TLS enforces copyright of all work produced by our house.
- Publications created by authors are protected by copyright. The information provided on this page is sourced from the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization).
- Works published at the TLS belong to the authors who wrote them. TLS retains the right to publish these works in print and digital forms as well as use excerpts from within the works for promotional use.
- We retain the right to determine valid requests for review copies, and make determinations on who receives review copies.
- We reserve the right to prevent others from using excerpts from any work provided here in any manner that has not been authorized by this company or the authors to whom they represent.
- Works provided by TLS are for personal enjoyment only. Anyone wishing to use books provided by authors for; private lectures, public workshops or private educational purposes, which would constitute a specified licence, must obtain permission from TLS prior to the works being used in that setting.
Defining Copyright
- A work (including books, free downloads, articles and other marked content) is not permitted to be copied.
- This means you may not scan the entire manuscript and use it for any purpose. You may make up to 10 pages available via photocopy if needed, but any greater page requirements require permission.
- Books provided by TLS whether in print or digital, are limited to a single copy with no rights to distribute unless explicitly stated.
Rules for Reviewers
- Reviewers may reference and use up to 5 pictures of pages from the interior of the book and or a miss of cover and interior photos for use on any public-facing review. We require that posting of all reviews includes a visible link to TLS in a prominent location.
- Publications provided on our site that are downloadable are sharable under the commons license of Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.
- Anyone selling downloads will be sent a DMCA which requires removal of any digital copy provided to anyone without permission.
Our blog is protected by the same restrictions as our publications, any quotation used, material shared, or blog posts copied must be sourced and attributed under the https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/legalcode
Quotations & Citations
Quoting any publication or this website, is permitted as long as you use proper citation methods.
Disclaimer
Our authors come from a broad range of backgrounds. Although we support all points of view, TLS does not control the personal behavior of its authors or staff on or offline. We are not responsible for statements that any author or staff member says online on their personal pages. IF an offensive comment has been made by an administrator, owner, or partner of this page or outlet managed by TLS [The Three Little Sisters & Nevermore Podcast], please report it to us via our Contact Us form and we will address it.
Privacy & Data
We do not release the private information of any author without consent, if you are trying to find information on an author, please note we are unable to give you any information other than what is posted publicly. IF an author wishes to remain anonymous they have a right to use pen/alternative names.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Your contact information
Your contact information is retained in contact forms or submissions in order for us to contact you. We purge all contact/submissions every four months to ensure that data is not housed on this site. If you wish to request a purge immediately, please contact us and give us your exact name/email and we will purge the contact record.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it?
Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Media: We do not collect media from any party. Any images, photographs, digital or print media that has been submitted on this site is considered confidential. We do not collect information from photographs other than to identify copyright holders via tiny eye.
Contact forms: We retain all submissions for 15 days to assess them for publishing, if not selected, we terminate all uploads and submission data within 30 days.
Cookies: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Analytics
Who we share your data with: Data may be shared with analytics to determine visitor activity. We do not see specific data other than a general idea of location and pages visited. No specific user name/identifier is collected.
How long we retain your data: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Additional Information
How we protect your data: We do not house data on this site. All data that is collected through third parties, is for the purpose of targeting ads and or determining web analytics. Specific data such as personal identifying information is not stored on our site or accessible to us other than if volunteered by the submitter to the contact or submission form.
What data breach procedures we have in place: If a data breach occurs, we will advise any party that was potentially affected via public announcement.
